There are six prime styles of Taylor bowls. the Vector VS, Lazer. International, Legacy, and Lignoid. They also make bowls for juniors and crown green bowls. Taylor Blaze.
Taylor Blaze Bowls came onto the market in September 2012 and is now an established part of the range and one of the best sellers and outselling most of the other models. Lawn Bowls Shop sells the bowl and it is only second to the famous Ace.
Lazer.
- A fairly new range with a narrow draw. Made with a slim shape and pro-grip as standard.
- It is comfortable and easy to grip best for fast paces greens or indoors. For the more experienced player.
- Comes in sizes 00 to 5 in Heavyweight .
- 0 to 5 Medium weight. Black in medium weight only.
Taylor Vector VS.
The Vector VS Bowl is a great and best selling bowl for indoor rinks in the UK and Australia. It has a narrow draw and a little more than than the Lazer, it is superb for fast surfaces and indoor carpets. It has a smooth draw to the jack and does not have a hook finish. Good for front end players.
- Sizes 00 to 5, Medium, Heavy, and Extra heavyweight.
- No Extra heavyweight in size 5 or size 00 Medium.
- Dimple and plain grip.

The Taylor Ace Pro Grip.
The Ace is a very popular bowl and has a mid-bias with a little wider draw than the Vector VS. It does not have a hook. It is for all indoor and outdoor greens and is suitable for less and more experienced players. One of the best selling in the range.
- Available in sizes 0 to 5 Medium.
- Heavy, and x Heavyweights. No size 5 extra heavy.
- No size 0 Medium.
- Plain or dimple grip.
- Available in a wide range of colours.
Taylor Ace Extreme.
This is one of the latest additions to the Taylor range and has a new deeper grip called the Extreme Grip. The bias is the same as the Ace with the pro grip. Many people now find this new grip an exciting new feature on the Ace and that it gives a better grip with improved aim than the standard pro grip.
The International Bowls.
The Taylor International bowl is similar in play to the ACE with mid bias but has as strong finish. It is recommended for outdoor greens and slow indoor surfaces. it now comes with a crescent grip.

The Legacy SL.

Lignoid.
The Lignoid is a wide drawing bowl and the widest of the range.It is best for outdoor greens. It comes with a dimple grip.

Taylor Ace Bowls size 000
This is a small bowl for those with small hands and has the same bias the larger sizes. Usually a step up from the junior bowls. Same superb quality.

Very popular bowl in the Taylor range. The size 00 is popular with females with small hands or those having difficulty holding larger bowls.
Taylor Ace Bowls size 0
See our collection and you can try these bowls out on our test lane. The size 0 is still a good size for those with small hands but has the same characteristics as the large bowls. Comes in the pro or the new extreme grip.

The size 1 is a great size of bowl and has the same bias as larger bowls. Great weight and line to the jack

The ace size 2 is now a very popular size for both men and women. Comfortable in the hand and heavy enough not to be pushed about by larger bowls.

Size 3 is a very popular size in the Taylor range. This is a now one of the best selling sizes in the range. More mature players now favour this size rather than the larger 4 and 5 sizes
